반응형 [Lively RN] 리브쌤 : 기본간호4 Intubation 준비 및 과정 중환자실에서 근무하다 보면 응급 상황(ex. CPR, etc.)에 많이 노출되게 되는데 그러면서 intubation하는 데에는 도가 텄다고나 할까. Dr.들 마다 스타일이 다른데 다 맞춰줄 수 있을 정도. 그렇다고 해서 CPR 상황 때 긴장을 전혀 하지 않는다는 것은 아니다. 응급 상황 때 무엇보다 중요한 것은 침착함을 유지하는 것이라, 겉으로 보았을 때 태연한 척 하는 것일뿐, 속에서는 '제발!'을 외치고 있다. 침착함을 유지하기 위해서는 acting skill에 익숙해져야겠지. 교육간호사로 임명된 후 한 번씩 타부서에서 CPR 교육을 진행하고는 하는데, 그러면서 intubation과 관련된 내용을 한 번 더 정리해보고자 한다. 중환자실 신규 간호사들의 교육에도 중요한 내용이니까.
